Brooklyn's Heart & Soul

All time favorite New York just got a new face. A face with many facets. Cultures, culinary pleasures and fun.

Story by Katharina Maria Zimmermann August 13th, 2014

Greenpoint greets you

Say hello to Greenpoint’s point of view: Here you might have the best perspective if you want to look at the city’s iconic “highlight”, Manhattan. After travelling to Central Park, Greenwich Village, Soho, Hell’s Kitchen and all the other places numerous times, we picked out Brooklyn as our next New York adventure. And it was terrific.

Hipster & Co

Walking from Greenpoint to Brooklyn isn’t that long and you get to see many details, shops and people that may delight you. Grab a coffee or donut at Homecoming or just listen to the subway musicians that play the good old Bob Dylan songs when waiting for the L-train.

Milk & Roses

Or don’t walk that much and just sit down at the pretty café Milk & Roses, where waitresses of the South serve endless Mimosas and the French Toast dances on your palate.
